I hate crime teams.
They're almost universally hordes of trainers with 1-3 pokemon a piece, all pulling from a pool of 6-8 pokemon. It has never been fun clicking Psybeam on swarms of the same Zubat copypasted onto 50 different teams. Their motives are shaky at best and brainless at worst. I hate the focus on legendaries, I hate the shitass locations you deal with them in Kalos was really bad with this, the power plant was a hallway and lysandre labs was a snoozefest, and every single time i have to deal with them it feels like taking out the trash. It's not fun at all.
The closest crime teams ever came to being good were Team skull, who aren't even really criminals as much as a band of delinquents, and Team Cipher, who weren't even in a mainline game
