If something like being eaten pleasures someone; but does not bring them Utility, then it is simply a fetish that will go terribly wrong once the Reality of it sets in. You shouldn't really indulge those people, unless it brings you Pleasure to do so. Positive Pole, Negative Pole; that sort of thing.
However, if it would truly bring someone Utility in doing so, then not only should you do it, it is your duty to do so because you are literally bringing Joy to someone. People who have this as Utility may see it as part of their ideal, or are living purely by their instincts. If a predator eats someone who truly wants and finds their highest happines in devouring, then it is simply love.
Parasites are a good example of things that want to be eaten as part of their internal nature. Normally, this isn't the case with higher lifeforms, but it all depends on perspectives and Individual things.
As per your second viewpoint:
Depends; if they truly wish for it and it would bring them their Highest Joy, then who are you to deny them that? Don't be Selfish by taking that away from them. Now, if they are doing so because they feel weak at the moment, or are overflowed with emotion/stress, then you should step in to prevent suicide, because Suicide in Despair is truly awful. If someone wishes to truly die, then by all means, help them do so as comfortable and loving as possible. If they feel like they want to die, then bring them out of it, with comfort and love. Or, you could take the conservative Utilitarian viewpoint on them, and do nothing in either case, and make use of their Death to further your own joys. Aka, the whole Macro/Micro situation of the Micro jumping off a building, and a Macro waiting to nom them as they fall.
