Whirlpool is nice for the situations that your enemy has a lot of up close melee hitters and Aqua tail is nice for the mages that don't wanna bother checking ahead of themselves to see you hide in a bush to last hit their farm.
Water pulse is a small snipe to hit people out of range and a getaway move, that's pretty much it. Don't expect miracles to happen with this mon so don't be fucking stupid. Ideally you want to be by yourself but don't be scared to team fight the damage will matter.
TL;DR Pick any combination of anything BUT play rough.
Or play something better unless you're like me and enjoy the mon.
