Breeding another Lotad for the Leech Seed egg move was definitely worth it. That move is so much fun to use. Unfortunately, the hatched Lotad had Swift Swim instead of Rain Dish so I never bothered with Rain Dance.

Surprisingly good and tanky. It's cool that you can catch a Gulpin before the second badge.

Another surprisingly good mon. Keeping Odor Sleuth was worth it for Juan's Kingdra and Wallace's Ludicolo. I just wish it had higher attack to make use of Shadow Ball.

Amazing for the 3rd and 4th gyms. Defense Curl and Rollout demolishes Flannery.
>Heracross
I always put off this mon in gen 3 because of how long it takes to get but it's still worth the wait. Bulk Up made it the MVP for the Elite 4.
