But yeah, what the other guy said. Depends on what you want to bake. Some kinds are piss easy, others are finicky as fuck, but I find getting a passable result isn't that hard so long as you follow the recipe. Bread was never my strong suit, though, mom usually handles that, so maybe I'm completely off base
