Now learns Aqua Cutter (replacing Aqua Tail if need be). Gets a new signature move called Draco Axe that is 70 base power, shatters screens, and gets a boost from Sharpness (becomes 105 base power).
Now it has powerful moves to back up its 147 base Attack stat, but it can also opt to be a stronger version of Gyarados with DDance and Moxie. It also has a good non-Outrage physical STAB option that gives it some utility other than hitting really damn hard.
