I wish more mons moved as energetically as it does in battle. I feel like Quaquaval wouldn't work nearly as well in the era of 2D sprites and it's a great example of the advantages that the 3D models of Pokémon have; it's just that said models often aren't used to nearly their fullest potential, they tend to just kinda stand around idly and lack personality. They've got the models looking nice with their textures now, we just need an animation overhaul in Gen X.
