Skrelp shoots a stream of hot water directly into Chandelure's head, causing a significant amount of damage while also snapping him out of his daze. Malva grits her teeth, for it seems making things 'fun' has its drawbacks.
"Flame Charge!" she calls. Because it's another resisted attack, you know that she has a reason for using it, otherwise she wouldn't have called it at all.
"Chaaaaaaaaa.....Chaaaaaaaaa.....ChaaaaaaaannnnnnnnnndeLURR!"
Recovering from the fall, Chandelure hoists himself up off the ground again to a more proper level. Cloaking himself in flames, he begins to sway to and fro much like earlier, though now with him in control. By swinging back and forth, he starts gaining more momentum, you compare it to that of a pendulum.
As the chandelier gains speed, Skrelp finds it harder and harder to hang onto his chain, and is ultimately flung off of it...right into his path.
"CHAAAAAAAAANNNNN!"
>Chandelure's Speed rose!Chandelure bashes into Skrelp with Flame Charge, launching him across the field again. Free of his company, Chandelure taunts him before hoisting himself back up into the smoke.
At least he's having fun.
