One of the few problems I have with this generation is the not-so-great move distribution on a lot of new mons, as well as older mons not getting a lot of the rather good new moves. So, let's talk about what moves Pokémon don't get that they really should, whether to capitalize on their stats or fit with their flavor. This isn't just restricted to Gen VII, by the way.
Anyway, here are some of my examples:

>Heliolisk not learning Solar Beam or any fire moves
>Zygarde not getting Dragon Rush
>Zangoose not learning Cut
>Salazzle doesn't get Dark Pulse
>Any Pokémon that learns Nasty Plot naturally not getting Dark Pulse
