The best place to search seems to be an abandoned facility on Junction Bridge, on the west side of the city which has a Mad Scientist doing some shady stuff.
What follows it's a double battle (with either Venam or Ren as partners) against said Mad Scientist using 2 Munnas and a Pulse+ Musharna.
Thankfully Ren is pretty competent and Voltorb can get the Pulse+ into -6 Sp.Atk without issues
Turns out the Scientist was doing something good for that Musharna apparently...? Still, why attack us then?
