>What inspired your OC's creation?
During a roleplay I was thinking of what kind of character to craft. First came the character's gimmick. You see, Tynamo is my favourite Pokemon so I inevitably have a lot of OCs that have em as their ace or a team member (when I adapt said OCs into my new setting I will have to change this). From there I decided to base the character's team gimmick of Tynamo's - Pokemon that were aquatic, but not Water-type. From there I had a team of Tynamo, Inkay & Dhelmise, the last of which intended to serve a similar role to Iris' Excadrill or Ash's Charizard. Some iterations had Skrelp planned. Simply put, I planned Team first before character.
After that came the character. From my concept, I thought of the idea of a rebel of sorts from a family of Water-type Specialists, but the character itself would not as a sign of her nature. Also I had a thing for tribal girls or something so it just kind of collated into the first iteration of Diana.
Since she was a roleplay character I used preexisting booru pics. I envisioned her with fair skin and sea blues for eyes and hair.
When I revamped her, her redesign tied into my philosophy of designing Pokemon trainer characters - draw traits from their team or potential team. So in picrel we have hair lifted from Malamar, eyes designed to resemble those on Dhelmise's false face (I debated between the other eye being scarred or simply covered), hair colours of Eelektross' hue and a hairpiece resembling and having the colours of Eelektross' maw.
I'd draw a new image over reposting one from the old thread for the Drawing Task, but I was a bit tuckered out. Plus I want to design the rest of my colourful cast.

>Your OC’s home is being broken into by armed robbers, what do they do?
So do I put this on AO3 or post it here directly? I did have a little idea of compiling these writing activities on AO3... someplace to archive them and track my progress.
