By plagaraizing, you simply copy paste a bunch of information without knowing what you're doing. If you do that with Pokegen you're just terrible, both a Pokegenner and breeder typically have the same knowledge about what they want to create, one just wants to take a shortcut. Studying and researching for a paper is not equal to pressing left and right, waiting for your eggs to hatch.
You want a better analogy? A breeder is a kid who writes his 10 page essay by hand, and a Pokegenner is a kid who types his 10 page essay on the computer. One is simply quicker, while the other is slower and has no real advantages besides making your fingers more muscular.
