Pixelmon battles are self coded poorly so shit bugs out all the time
Cobblemon models are made to look blocky while pixelmon models are smooth and meant to look like the games, compare that sneak peak above your post with the screencaps of pixelmon ITT
Pixelmon doesn't have all the pokemon done yet itself but still has more than cobblemon, pic related. Cobblemon also doesn't have any of the gimmicks yet, though arguably you can't really say Pixelmon has megas since they were so bugged last year that using them would be a nigger move.
