SS Elesa has aged so well that she would be my first pick. Sync countdown is really really strong in master mode imo.
Others I think are underrated would be Kris, SS Cynthia, Misty, Stevens, and Acerola.

Outside of meta talk, I really like this game being low maintenance and the skip tickets.
Also again probably not a crazy take but this game is so generous and I don't really like when I see people complain about the gacha. Gacha of course is still gacha at the end of the day, but this game is very nice compared to others.
