How do you guys handle trade evolution Pokemon in a story?
I want to give one of my characters a Pokemon that needs to be traded to evolve, like Phantump, but real life methods of how this is executed don't really translate well into a story.
It seems stupid for him to trade it to some dude, just to trade it back so he can get the evolved form.
Is there a work around?
I think I found an alternate method that gets around this trade dilemma, but how do you guys handle it?
