Leo Spaceman was asked by myself and others to step down as leader due to his lack of free time. He's an awesome guy and I felt terrible comforting him about it, but it was necessary.
Likewise, if this is how your availability and schedule is going to be as a leader, you can fuck the fuck right off. :^)
