Change things about the balance of competitive Pokemon. Whether they be individual Pokemon themselves, types, moves, abilities, weathers/terrains, ect
Pokemon:
Weavile: Now gets Technician
Luxray: Special Attack lowered to 65, Speed increased to 100
Stoutland: Slush Rush replaces Sand Rush. +10 Attack, +10 HP. Fur Coat replaces Scrappy as it's Hidden Ability
Golduck: Type changed to Water/Psychic. -20 Attack, +20 Special Attack and Speed
Weather:
Grass-Types now only take 1.5x damage from Fire-Type moves in Sun
Fire, Water and Steel-Types are now immune to Hail damage
Hail doubles Ice-Type's Defense
Types:
Fairy and Ghost no longer resists Bug
Rock now resists Bug
Steel resists Dark again, but now no longer resists Psychic
Ice now resists Ground, Water and Fairy
New Abilities:
Charisma: Intimidate, but it lowers Special Attack instead of Attack
Relentless: Two-turn/recharging moves (Fly, Hyper Beam, ect) no longer requires recharge time and now activate in one turn
Ability Buffs:
Magma Armor: Grants Ice-immunity
Iron Fist: Punching moves are now boosted by 1.5x
