In terms of Amour, the other writers did mostly stuff like pic related, but Omode (and Matsui as we could see in XYZ 22) did also a lot of exaggerated reactions and funny faces.
That's why I think we can expect a lot of episodes written by Omode in Sun and Moon, because it fits with her style.
But really I still don't know what was the staff thinking when they decided to change the anime into a slapstick comedy.
