They have no way of checking if your Pokémon is legit or not aside from the information given on the select screen (abilities, moves, met/caught, stats) unless it's a VGC event (which are piss easy to fake).
Just PokéGen the team. It's easier on you and you don't have to spend weeks breeding for perfect Pokémon when you can playtest/autism with other stuff. If they're going to be super autistic and have you provide Pokécheck or something then do this
