Rotom looks pretty gud aside from hex. Get rid of hex. Even after the buff, hex isnt worth it unless you're getting stab off of it. Try pain split for some situational recovery, shadow ball for some coverage, or thunder wave if you just wanna be a jerk.

Gengar doesnt need all that coverage, replace psychic with substitute. fairy+ghost is perfect neutral coverage. If you really want to showcase megagar's bullshti, you'd run a set with perish song.
All in all, your team is stupidly offensive, has no bulky defensive core, and will crack as soon as your opponent sets up at all.
