Age of consent is a very recent occurrence, hence why most European countries have it lower. Just a few hundred years ago you’d be hard pressed to find a guy who claimed to just not find younger girls (14-18) attractive. Was every guy a pedo back then, and guys just magically aren’t anymore? Theres no issue with age of consent, and it shouldnt be lowered, but lets remember that age of consent isn’t 18 because that’s when girls start to become physically attractive to “normal” people, but because we as a modern day civilized society mutually agree that mental maturity should play a factor as well.
TLDR There’s nothing wrong with being attracted to an attractive 14 yo girl, only having sex with one, and even that’s *debatable* and where the line should be drawn varies wildly between cases
