Dipplin is NOT a three-stage pokemon like Blissey and Porygon, and it does not have a natural evolution like Mime jr. I can tell you right now Applin is going to be able to evolve into Dipplin with an Item, just like it's other "split-evos" and that item is going to available when the DLC arrives. Split-evos can and have been added to established pokemon lines in the past and that trend will continue. Dipplin is not a regional form so using Mr.Mime as an example is retarded. Dipplin has been presented as a straight up Evo, that's all there is to it.
