Flygon counters ground and electric pokemon for me
Absol, Mimikyu, and Sandslash sit on the enemies face and set up swords dances all day long and between the three of them there's not many pokemon I can't set up on.
Muk spreads poison around and generally just outlives everything by hitting hard and being bulky
Starmie is unkillabe, reflect type + recover is amazing
I considered replacing absol a couple of times since it's a bit redundant with Muk and Mimikyu but my team hasn't had trouble with any pokemon despite being underleveled. Once I hit post game I can pick up it's mega-stone too.
