The annoyance comes from having to do so every match, but every now and then you'll find someone who does. Because you have to manually accept and turn it on, you usually only get people who will actually talk. Never really about anything interesting or good though. Just "oh, fuck, they're here" or "come here quick". More common in masters than in lower ranks.
