The first gym encountered, separated into two rooms: The art gallery in the front and the art studio/battle area in the back. The front has wealthy trainers admiring Arturo's art, if you block their view they battle you, otherwise they just comment on the art if you talk to them.
To unlock the door to the studio area you need to move 3 paintings into chronological order (morning-day-night). The studio has the artist trainers surrounding the Gym Leader who is just finishing a new painting.
