>Ingredients: 1 bread roll, 100g of cream cheese, 1 banana, half a white peach, half a teaspoon of honey, half a teaspoon of condensed milk, 6 almonds and 2 melted chocolate bars
>Cut the banana in half, then slice one of the halves into tiny slices. Cut the other half into a couple bigger slices, then cut the half peach into roughly 6 pieces and put the peach pieces and big banana pieces in a plastic bag together with the cream cheese, honey and condensed milk. Close the bag and knead the contents into a fine paste. Cut the bread roll in two, then cut off one of the corners of the bag and squeeze the paste onto one of the bread roll halves. Place the banana slices on top of the paste, then dip the top of the other bread roll half into the melted chocolate and place it on top. Decorate the finished eclair with the almonds, then refrigerate for 15 minutes.
