As previously stated, there doesn't seem to be any dialogue during the Ferris wheel ride in this

The first instance of text during the riding cinematic doesn't appear until lines for N are added on March 15, 2010 (lines for the seasonal trainers you can sometimes ride with are also stored in the same wheel_demo.gmm file but weren't added until later).
