Well I'm replaying HGSS right now but that's just for funsies, really. So far I haven't stuck with one particular team; my goal this time around is to change it up and vary it up as much as possible.

Having served their purpose cheesing Morty with Crunch and Foresight+Headbutt, Wink & Wonk are getting ditched. I might condense the two into a single, token Normal-type Stantler while Boober the Magmar joins the team.
Next on the chopping block is probably Butterfree, although Sleep Powder's been a boon. Maybe Onix next, although I like Onix a lot.
Bayleef's stuck around because I've actually literally never picked Chikorita before so I'm seeing where that goes.
