i won't fuss over powerlevels much for bibi anyways since part of her story is the fact that even if she's champion rank or whatever there's problems in her life that being a super strong trainer doesn't fix. being the very best like no one ever was isn't the actual end goal of her first arc. figured if it worked for mob psycho it could work for me, though i'm no ONE
this would change a bit with tesoro i guess, and at that point the story becomes less emotionally charged and more a straightforward action-y sorta thing but i was hoping the 3 year ish timeskip would help smooth that out a bit. and they'd both force each other into breaking out of their established limits over the course of that plotline. ah well, this stuff's still a rougher than rough draft anyways
