That being said, no, neither Electrode is useful in VGC. There is a meme strat you can do on ladder with Pawmot + Electrode where you have your Electrode Tera Normal and Explode while Pawmot revives it to boom the next turn, but that can be accomplished by anything with a fast Explosion, like Regieleki for example.
