I recommend Corneo's Shinra26 mix for a cockpit(ckpt) model to start and in the case of that pic: FakePokemonKensugimori LoRA + Kinu Nishimura LoRA + Yamashita Shun'ya LoRA if yo want something that looks like the Double Jasmine pic. This is only if you have a Stable Diffusion setup on your PC or if you can figure out how to use it on Colab or Kaggle, which are cloud-based platforms. Unfortunately, I don't know how to upload to my Kaggle account, even though you get more time per session, but colab doesn't require a phone number to use via 2FA since it's Google-based.
But if you don't wanna burn a day trying to set up a home Stable Diffusion setup, cloud based is a good way to be acquainted with the generator much more than most web-based Stable Diffusion apps tend to be. It's come a long way from Dall-E stuff and other txt2img sites but most especially itself.
