It's gotta be Mewtwo. He's psychic, he can move the clouds and he was made with science. That's gotta be real cool, because muh dad's a scientist and that means he could probably make wizards in his lab if he wanted to.
I really don't understand why folks are so worked up about Mewtwo changing form. I mean, Wizards change their form at will and it's not like he can't change back. If I were Mewtwo, I'd change into an Eagle and rip apart muh enemies. Especially giant spiders, those are the worst.
