>>30325841It's good for farming between 8th and 10th st. They have two quads on these medians but you can chill in front of stores. Lures are up at the quads all the way from 4-6 pm to 2-4 am. Rare hunting has been slow this event since the guy running the twitter feed is farming exp but it should be back once they crack the API again.
Not sure how it measures up to Balboa park or other hotspots but it's where I've done all my lvl 32+ leveling and all I need is 500k today to hit 39.
