>>25110686That's how I imagine a Ralts would sound like. Speaking of Ralts, and a lot of NFE pokemon, where are there parents? You'd think some ralts wandering in the grass would mean there is a gardevoir or even a kirlia nearby. Most of them can only use growl when you encounter them.
