A Pokemon that does not have humanities best interest but it's own. It causes anythung to become insane just by looking at him, has a craving for ruling the universe and is the embodiment of madness and destruction. They can even spice up the origin and make him partly responsible for the creation of the universe much like Arceus but became mortal rivals when both had conflicting agendas on how the universe should be governed.
