Because god forbid I play in any different way which may or may not indirectly showcase the flaws of these games. Like it's one thing to be angry at yawnfaggot for over training one or two Pokemon and leaving the rest of the team being 4-5 severely underleveled Pokemon. That fucker was intentionally playing like a retarded 6 year old on purpose to make the game look bad. So it's fair enough that people get mad at him. So i decide to train my Pokemon equally, even being equal to the champion at the end. I just decide to speed up the process because I am grown ass man with a life and play a JRPG like most do. And THE MOMENT I do that, proving how tedious these games can be while playing in good faith. Suddenly everyone starts seething? Are you fucking kidding me? The thing is, I don't even hate the DS era, I just speed things up because while I think the games are 10/10 in playability. There is so much shit to do in it that you wouldn't want to restart your adventure due to the old JRPG tedium, being a 3/10 in replayability. But whatever, I will continue to play Platinum and it's post game content to prove that I still mean well. So let's just stop being autistic toddlers.
