It basically is all about stalling and dragging out the battle as long as it can.
Has massive HP and Defensive Base Stats (i'm talking like 150 for HP/DEF/SDEF each) bust absolutely piss poor attack and speed. Its entire move pool revolves around dragging out fights, and having the opponent die of attrition (Sand storm, Toxic, accuracy lowering moves). I used Blissey and Ferrothorn as these two shits are some of the worst offenders, except for maybe Skarmory.
