>m-muh ORAS repEven fucking Blaziken has higher chances than Sceptile. Blaziken got its mega evolution early and it got its own figuarts just like the gen 1 starters, Mewtwo, and Lucario. Blaziken is obviously the Charizard of gen 3. They don't care about having an arbitrary grass Pokemon when types don't even matter in this game. They have no real incentive to put Sceptile in the game especially when very few people mentioned wanting it until Greninja was announced and then people started spouting their silly patterns.
