The top fin and the tail, maybe, MAYBE. Even then, that's stretching it. It might be submarine-esque, but it's very loosely based on a submarine, if that.
Anybody who would've seen Wishiwashi prior to this GIF wouldn't have equated it to a submarine, but now because "oh, it fires missiles!" It's a sub. No, it's a giant school of fish using some of the Wishiwashi as cannon fodder.
But, again, maybe I'm just blind too and there's something I'm not getting. Can somebody please explain?
