my personal rule is if the card is cheaper than the price you pay to grade it, then you dont grade it. but you have these retards out here submitting 1 dollar cards, spending 10 bucks on grading. plus the 5 dollars on shipping costs to get it to and from them just so they can make their big baller 2 dollar profit.
