Finally got around to making a mockup of Troy, the self-acclaimed "Dark Leader", villain wannabe.
He's a mischievous cunt and thief by trade , with a Venomoth and an Ekans that does the majority of the dirty work. What Ekans and drag along or fit in his mouth, Venomoth can usually spread some debilitating powders to cover the thefts/escapes, via sleep or paralysis.
Or bright lights (Signal Beam), which came in "handy" once when stealing a trainer's Pokemon off her hip in the middle of the night. Blind with flashing colored lights and then Bellsprout Vine Whips the ball away.
All he got was a fuckin Oddish.
