>>34957849>They've gotten a lot better with Gen 7I've been seriously collecting since gen 4 and I'd say it's just as inconsistent as ever. The only definite low period was some of the merch during gen 5, Pokemon plushies in general got shafted in favor of pandering to fujoshits I guess.
