Sycamore is an important card because it lets you draw into seven whole cards instantly, while also letting you discard what's in your hand. It doesn't matter that you're losing potentially important cards, because being able to actually play the game is much more important. It's also why you're running so many copies of everything.
An overwhelming majority of decks in the format have no form of healing in them. Healing isn't very good or viable when a majority of cards kill you through it in one or two hits either way. Not to mention cards like Max Potion synergize better with Aromatisse.
Sylveon goes against the concept of M Gardevoir in the sense that your main strategy should be to Geomancy with Xerneas until you have enough energies on board, move the right amount onto M Gardevoir, then start sweeping. If you have to use Sylveon somewhere in there, then the deck's core concept of set up > sweep is being disrupted. There are Sylveon-centric decks that placed in States, and those decks play very differently from how M Gardevoir should function. Pic related is the list; notice the focus on Aromatisse and Max Elixer and the lack of Xerneas.
Again, sorry if I'm sounding rude.
