The only thing that bothers me is that PMD DX was released far after Dynamax entered the shilling rotation and it still had mega evolutions instead. (I'd even argue that Dynamax would have been more thematically appropriate)
That, given with how remakes tend to use Mega Evolution rather than the current regional gimmick, leads me to believe that Sinnoh will still have megas like the other remakes. I won't be mad if they don't, because Dynamax might actually offer something interesting, but I still think the people claiming it will certainly have Dynamax are a little blind.
There are direct references to Rowan and Sycamore's relationship. Even if megas do appear, it'll be a greatly missed opportunity if they don't reference that.
