Honestly the gene system from MHS combined with the more sophisticated battle system in Pokemon would be any autists wet dream. It's essentially like having 9 abilities you can mix, match, and tweak to make other usually non-viable pokemon worth something. Even a shitty Aptonoth can beat a Rathalos with the right genes. And a Silver Rathalos with the right genes can kill god.
