This was a nightmare. First he leads with Cinccino which starts spamming Echoed Voice (probably had Technician too) which is already pretty terrifying. I sacked Purrloin and revenged it with Pidove, who actually took the hit pretty decently. Not too shabby.
Next he sends out Lillipup which Pidove deals with pretty easily, but ends up being weakened.
Last is a freaking Munchlax which is doing way too much damage with Tackle, of all things. I paralyze it with Mareep and try to Growl it down but it starts clicking Stockpile. It's gonna be one of those battles. He's spamming Work Up and I'm spamming Growl, the paralysis gives me an advantage. Then out of nowhere he whips out the METRONOME and Electroweb does 50% because he's at +6 special attack. I'm freaking out so I start spamming Charge to max out my special attack. As long as he doesn't get any insanely strong special moves I'm good. He gets Zap Cannon which paralyzes me and I'm quickly running out of Potions. Charge-boosted Thundershock is doing like 5%. I feel like I'm in the clear and he finally gets it. The crit Tackle, which knocks Mareep out. I think he ran out of Metronome PP and Snivy manages to wear it down with Wrap and not get crit by another Tackle. Whew.
Needless to say, I'm gonna have to step up my game for Roxie.
