Yes, you can make stuff show-accurate. Or game accurate. Or whatever other styles. There are Lora for pretty much everything:

And yes you can make NSFW with any those - although depending on the basis used, you might need to add other Lora for that.
Be also warned that niche stuff tend to need way more tard-wrangling to give decent result that the "AI style" used by everyone.
Fastest way is to just scan their archive to find something that's close to what you want, then use the "remix" feature to tweak it into what you actually want.
