Elite Redux actually gives it a lot of stuff though, built-in Regenerator and Multiscale, and a choice between a buffed Water Veil that sets up Aqua Ring on entry and a new ability "Tidal Wave" that works like a water type Gale Wings. Also Hydration I guess but that's kinda whatever.
