Only one that annoys me is the pink Umbreon with blue hair. I don't like recolors generally speaking, but most of the time, I don't mind them so long as they aren't super off. The white Lucario for example is okay because its color change isn't super jarring. I could totally see Lucario having white base fur in cannon if they weren't blue. In fact, it looks like an alternate shiny form.
The adding hair thing, while unnecessary, is also okay so long as it isn't too crazy. The Typhlosion and Talonflame are good examples of how to do it. The hair looks natural enough that it isn't too distracting and isn't so long that it looks like a wig, but it is different enough that it adds individually. The Umbreon and Pichu are bad examples. Their hair is very jarring, tacky looking, and look like wigs. Hair shouldn't be too different from base fur color and the only color changes that should be used should be slight highlights or lowlights like with the Dragonair or Keldio.
Lastly, that Yamask is cute. I try to keep my criticism constructive so I hope I wasn't too harsh if those were your OCs.
