For me it's easily Agatha. I like her aesthetic, she reminds me of an evil witch or something while hanging out at a fucking graveyard. She also has a fairly unique fighting style due to relying on status conditions instead of brute force, making her potentially the only troublesome member of the Kanto E4 if you don't outspeed her Gengar and get stuck in a Hypnosis + Confuse Ray loop.
